Bon Voyage

This morning sent My dad, mom, bro and Auntie Julia to airport...for an overseas trip..wah... long time never stay in airport at 4 am! haha..really miss them in days to come..hope they have fun overseas... very kind for Uncle and Auntie Soo to travel from Bedok to our place to fetch us to the airport. abd very glad to have breakfast fellowship, With Uncle Desmond treating us for BK breakfast. After the send off...Uncle Soo drove me to Bendeemer...where I can take the first train back home to rest... So funny, the feeling. Everyone taking 1st train to go and work...saw students in uniform, army personnel going to their camps...whereas I was going home! Reached home before 7 am...doze off...
Afternoon, met with peiyu for lunch...so glad to catch up with old friends during my free day. Then shopped around at tiong. Got so many students from diff schools... bukit merah, queensway, henderson, outram, st theresa, queenstown...haha..no wonder these shops make so much money..and the mid yr season still havent over yet.
Walked to my primary school...actually wanted to see if could visit former old teachers. In the past, went back every year to visit former teachers every now and then... but after they shifted to new campus, things really changed. The uniform changed (yucks...but I still think the old uniform looks better...maybe coz I'm attached to it)... then when I walk to the admin office, claiming I'm some former student...the admin officer looked at me and said, "No, cannot visit! teachers are busy! Why don't u wait till teacher's day?" Just wanted to tell her that, "If I wait till teachers day, I wont be able to visit my pri school teachers in their pri sch for the rest of my life..coz I too am going to be a full fledged teacher!" But in the end never talk to her back. Instead I just walked off.
Anyway I dun think I will visit my primary school again after today... anyway only 2 close teachers are left from that school, Mr Lim (my Science club teacher for 4 yrs) and Ms Mou (my english club teacher for 3 yrs), so maybe contact them thru email might be better. But more importantly, I dont feel attached to the school compound. I dont feel attached to the uniform. It's like totally new to me. Who knows? Even the school song might change...
