Busiest friday
Today marked a very busy day for me. Everything happens all at once from 2.00pm all the way till 7pm ... concurrently.
1) Attended a talk by Dr Yeo Ning Hong
2) Met up and chatted with NIE good friend, Wendy. Haha so coincidence she was from another school in the same cluster and she brought her students here for a talk
3) saw another NIE good friend, Chor Seng (Teacher from another school)
4) Supposed to attend tea session with Dr Yeo (but too busy)
5) marked some late assignments by students (one student mistook another Mr Lee from me and put his assignment in the wrong pigeon hole ... bobo... after knowing me for one semester)
6) set up math booth for year 1s to present. Really glad the students from 103 and 106 are really helpful and took the initiative to help one another. Many parents came to the booth.
7) helped to organise students for ushering duties (really am glad that the students took initiative to bring the guests around)
8) did ushering myself. Talked to 20+ guests and parents at one shot
9) chatted and updated at least 4 of my own students' parents. Don't need to wait till teachers-parents meeting.
10) Helped ensure that some students are doing well in their service learning project by selling cookies to raise fund for charity (well done, girls!)
11) took photos for some students
12) help remove the exhibits after the exhibition
13) followed up on some emails for Service learning for my PSLs
14) rushed to church just in time to coordinate prayer meeting.
Had dinner around 9pm. So long never had late dinner. Thank God everything is over. Can break during weekends...to mark 80+ scripts of test.
