A lesson learnt on April Fool

Yesterday was an eventful day for me...

In the morning, went to clementi sports hall for some workout..finally some time off...after 3 weeks of inactivity...wow at this rate...i will never pass my IPPT...need to exercise more often..haha

Then a bit siao...take the first available bus from clementi (bus 156) and juz for fun..see where it stops...haha...dropped at junction 8..wah renovated until dunno how to walk liao..haha....had lunch.

Then rush down to church to sit in some youth meeting...after that cell group time..yeah...very happy to see nicky back after months of not being with us.... the topic was on character building: humility. Trust jon see, the one who share, to come up with an activity call, "cleaning to toilets!" haha...says that it is then we can learn humility... so we clean the toilets...

Long time never clean toilets liao..last time is when..wah..when izzit ah? haha...army daz? anyway humbling experience, when clean alreadi, ppl come, ppl go, then haf to clean again...somemore jon see gungho ler...ownself clean one toilet....from floor to basin to urinal to even the super dusty toilet fan..wah...serve as a true leader sia... thumbs up..

In the end, during feedback, the youths say 3-4 ppl clean one toilet..very fun...esp the gals...got one hose mah...spray spray until the toilet super wet..haha...

After that... he shared with us some bible passages on humility

Wonder if my school wanna include washing toilets in its CIP...hmmm?

Anyway after cell..rush down to orchard marche for liling's super belated brithday...really glad to see old pals like liling, sharon, enling, jason, peiyu...long time nvr see them liao...really miss the days studying tgr in nus (haha...more like playing tgr, makaning tgr, singing etc during exam time..haha) but glad that all of them found good jobs... updated one another with things happening in life..haha..so cute to see peiyu trying hard to learn japanese (coz she's going tokyo again..haha)
