Last day of teaching in school

Today marks the last day of teaching in my present school as my sifu's taking over next week ... sure, i will still help my students towards the end... but one more week and i'll leave my school ... going back to NIE to tie up some stuffs... dunno where my next posting will be... but will certainly miss my colleagues, students and food in my present school ...
Anyway, today took a bus and passed by my own secondary school... felt nolstagic when i saw the students play soccer in the field, as well as students talking and waiting for their past...it just feel like yester years that i was like them... chatting, playing, pushing each other around in uniform...right now, I'm in the other side of the school environment...where i am here to educate them, to help them in their work and character development, wow, time flies... yet the struggles that my students face now are so similar to those I struggle in the past ... piles of work and tests, relationship with family and friends, temptations in the form of games, discipline issues like even keeping shirt tuck in at times etc...haha..some things never change...
Tomorrow marks the start of their mid-years. Pray for wisdom and health for all my students.
