Exam period

My school had entered an exam period..and I am glad that most exams are over for now...

Yes! Exams... the times when students dread. Time for them to mug...time for them to be stressed, do piles of revision, curfew their TV and internet time...time to go school to look for busy teachers for consultation...

Exams...when the whole semester's work is tested in just a mere 2 hours...when people gets easily ill due to long hours inside school libraries and other enclosed areas which might be diseased prone.

Exams...when students become blur out of a sudden, when they forgot to bring construction sets and graphing calculators despite constant reminder, when they even forgot that they shouldn't bring in the their handphone into the hall...

Exams... when some students...i repeat... some students, used it as a pretext that they can help their friends in revision, I mean one guy helping one gal ... alone in some obscure corner in macdonald's or national library. Hmm what are the chances that their revision will be effective?

Exams... when study groups are formed..and when study groups get tired to study together, they rest together and play bridge together.

Exams... a period when once away..students regain their freedom, and teachers suffer... marking over 200 scripts in a stipulated time..and keying on all those marks...

Exams.... the word everyone dread ...but couldn't get rid off in this modern life...
