Today, I got my very own name card!!! yeah!!! Became more like a working adult liao.

Set for the DISC personality test in the afternoon too. In fact, half the teachers in my school went for it. Discover our personality and style of doing things. We can be categorized into 4 main personality types

D- Dominance
I- Influence
S- Steadiness
C- Conscientious.

I was reminded that in a team, we really need people of diverse personality so that we are able to compliment our strengths and weaknesses together. It is good for people around you to know your personality type to so that they are able to be more senstive to your needs, and allow areas for which for you to develop to your potential.
